Matthew Richards founded DanePartners to provide
effective, streamlined executive recruiting services to cleantech,
alternative energy, and technology companies. DanePartners
manages the full recruiting process, including diagnosing your company's
recruiting needs, prescribing a strategy and plan to meet those
needs, and executing the plan to achieve critical hiring goals.
Matthew has more than 10 years of recruiting and executive
search experience in retained search firms, high-growth technology
companies, and a global technology and strategy consulting firm,
with a trackrecord of helping his clients to build effective leadership
teams.
Matthew began his executive search career
at Heidrick & Struggles International, where he successfully
completed numerous Vice President and CEO searches for emerging
technology startups as well as global Fortune 500 corporations.
He then moved to Zoom Information, a small, pre-revenue startup.
As Director of Recruiting and Operations, Matthew worked with the
Founder/CEO and the executive management team to grow the company
to 80 employees and over $15 million in revenue.
Matthew is an active member in several clean energy organizations,
including his roles as Founder and Co-Chair of the TiE Energy and
Cleantech Special Interest Group, and Steering Committee member
for the MIT Enterprise Forum's Ignite Clean Energy (ICE) business
plan competition. His professional affiliations have included organizations
in the areas of executive search and entrepreneurship, including
the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), the Nantucket
Conference of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the International
Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR). Matthew
holds a B.A. in Education-Human Services, a Minor in Psychology,
and a Course Concentration in Legal Studies from the University
of Massachusetts at Amherst, and lives with his two sons in Winchester,
MA. |
